Warranty guidelines

Note: All warranty claims are handled through the retailer where the product was originally purchased.

• Wood Castle warrants its collection pieces against defects in materials and workmanship during the lifetime of the original purchaser. Commercial use is not covered.
• Wood Castle, at its discretion, will repair or replace during the lifetime of the original owner any collection piece it manufactures.
• Repair may be outsourced to a qualified service convenient to the nearest authorized Wood Castle dealer.
• Wood Castle is not responsible for freight charges incurred for any warranty repair performed at our Oregon factory facility.
