BJ has been with the company his whole life and 16 years ago began his formal work at Wood Castle. Today, he operates Wood Bear, a sister company next door to Wood Castle, overseeing milling of logs, production of furniture parts and custom prototype building.

With 18 years experience building Wood Castle Furniture, Manny leads all areas of production by training area supervisors in quality standards, woodworking techniques, people management, production flow, interdepartmental communication and speed. Manny is a proven Master Crafstman who leads a team of 50 woodworking professionals and 6 managers.

Production Supervisor

Korey has spent the last eleven years coming up through Wood Castle. He has worked in many stations throughout manufacturing, led the shipping area, and now has a dual role with the company in our factory showroom and project managing.

As a principal at Wood Castle, Shirley assists Mike with accounting. She is a stalwart of disciplined leadership in our creative world of furniture. She and Ron, working side by side since before the beginning of the company, together, define a large component of who we are at Woodcastle. Family. Caring about each other's well being.

Principal

The familiar voice of Wood Castle, Pam handles all calls, including customer service inquiries, scheduling, marketing, reports, claims, after purchase care and many, many more items.

Lorenz is APICS(ASCM) certified, CPIM and CIRM.  As our Senior Project Manager since 2016, Lorenz leads development of new products, marketing, compliance and other projects that improve P&L across the Enterprise.
