Our Process
Every hospitality project begins with a clear understanding of scope, timeline, and performance requirements. Our process is built to support designers, procurement teams, and owners from early planning through final delivery—ensuring consistency, accountability, and long-term performance.

1 - Consultation & Scope
Every project begins with a detailed consultation to understand your goals, timeline, and overall scope. We review drawings, inspiration, and performance requirements to ensure alignment from the start.
2 - Design Development
We collaborate on materials, wood species, finishes, and construction details. With access to standard and custom stain development through Sherwin-Williams, along with wood and finish samples, we help refine the final look before moving forward.

3 - Prototyping & Approval
Once the design direction is established, we move into detailed drawings and prototyping. Each piece is reviewed and approved individually to confirm accuracy, consistency, and performance prior to production.
4 - Production & Scheduling
After all approvals are complete, a project deposit is collected and materials are ordered. Your project is then scheduled into our Oregon manufacturing facility, where all furniture is built with consistent quality and control.

5 - Delivery & Installation Support
We coordinate delivery timelines three to five weeks in advance to provide clear expectations. As a domestic manufacturer, we offer reliable completion dates without the delays common to imports, with final payment due upon delivery.
