Bandon Dunes Golf Resort

Bandon, OR

Set along the windswept southern Oregon coast, Bandon Dunes Golf Resort is internationally recognized for its rugged landscape and world-class links-style courses woven through rolling dunes and native grasses. The resort’s architecture and interiors reflect the same sense of restraint, durability, and respect for place that defines its golf experience.

Wood Castle was selected for its expertise in crafting solid wood furniture from regionally sourced hardwoods, including Oregon’s prized big leaf maple. Working closely with the resort, we designed and manufactured custom beds, tables, and casegoods for the Lodge, the four-unit housing clusters at Chrome Lake, and the Lily Pond Rooms building. Each piece was built to complement the natural setting while standing up to the long-term demands of a high-traffic hospitality environment, creating spaces where guests can unwind and return year after year.

Hallmark Resort 

Newport, OR

Located along Oregon’s iconic coastline in Lincoln City, Hallmark Resort offers guests a front-row seat to sweeping ocean views and a relaxed coastal atmosphere. The interiors were designed to reflect the surrounding landscape while providing comfort, durability, and a timeless sense of place.

Wood Castle partnered with Hallmark Resort to design and manufacture custom solid wood furniture using sustainably sourced Oregon maple. The collection includes beds, nightstands, tables, benches, and casegoods finished in soft coastal tones that complement the light, open feel of the rooms. Traditional forms are balanced with modern detailing, creating spaces that feel both welcoming and refined from the moment guests arrive.

Hallmark at Cannon Beach

Cannon Beach, OR

Set in the heart of one of Oregon’s most iconic coastal towns, Hallmark at Cannon Beach offers guests a refined retreat just steps from the Pacific. The interiors were designed to reflect the natural beauty of the coast while providing warmth, comfort, and long-lasting durability.

Wood Castle crafted custom solid wood furniture for each guest room using sustainably sourced Oregon maple. Beds, nightstands, tables, and casegoods are finished in a soft sand-and-white stain that highlights the natural grain of the wood while complementing the light, coastal palette of the space. The result is a collection that brings timeless craftsmanship and a subtle coastal character into every room.

Salishan Coastal Lodge

Gleneden Beach, OR

Surrounded by forested hills and the rugged Oregon coastline, Salishan Coastal Lodge offers guests a setting deeply connected to the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. The interiors reflect this connection through warm materials, thoughtful details, and enduring craftsmanship.

Wood Castle furnished each guest room with custom solid wood furniture crafted from sustainably sourced Oregon maple. Beds, nightstands, tables, benches, and combination units were finished in a rich Kennedy Brown stain, bringing warmth and depth to the space. Live-edge detailing on the headboards adds a subtle rustic character while maintaining a refined, lodge-inspired aesthetic designed to age beautifully over time.

Boulder Falls

Lebanon, OR

Every detail at Boulder Falls Inn is designed to reflect a strong sense of place, blending warmth, refinement, and a connection to the surrounding landscape. From the casually elegant guest rooms to the expansive Japanese-inspired garden with waterfalls, walking paths, gazebos, and koi ponds, the property offers a calm and thoughtfully curated guest experience.
 

Inspired by Wood Castle’s Cascadia collection, we developed a fully custom furniture program for the hotel. The project included solid wood beds, nightstands, mirrors, tables, desks, edge mirrors, and combination units for guest rooms, along with custom tabletops and a live-edge bar top for the 1847 Bar & Grill. Black walnut and Oregon maple were carefully selected to balance contrast, durability, and natural character throughout the space.

McMenamins Edgefield & Grand Lodge

Troutdale, OR
Forest Grove, OR

McMenamins Edgefield is a historic farmstead near the Columbia River Gorge, where sprawling grounds are dotted with preserved buildings rich in character and storytelling. The main lodge weaves together guest rooms, dining, and gathering spaces, layered with hand-painted illustrations inspired by folklore, history, and local lore.

McMenamins Grand Lodge, a restored Masonic building, offers a distinct yet complementary experience. European-inspired bunk rooms, pubs, theaters, and traditional guest accommodations define the space, blending communal hospitality with artistic detail and historic preservation.

​

Wood Castle was commissioned to furnish both locations with custom solid wood furniture that honored the unique identity of each property. Using Oregon maple for Edgefield and white oak for the Grand Lodge, we crafted beds, nightstands, and tables designed to integrate seamlessly with McMenamins’ eclectic interiors. Finishes were carefully selected to complement each space, ensuring consistency, durability, and authenticity. The project was delivered on time, on specification, and on budget—reflecting Wood Castle’s commitment to reliable, large-scale hospitality manufacturing.

The Reflections Bedroom Collection features clean architectural lines and balanced proportions that highlight the natural beauty of solid wood, with subtle influences from Shinto, Mission, and American Bungalow design.

For the Bode Hotel in Nashville, Wood Castle crafted custom hospitality furniture in solid natural maple, bringing warmth, durability, and a refined modern aesthetic to each guest room.
