Meet The Team

Owner, Founder and President of Wood Castle since 1978. Ron has played a huge role in developing products for Wood Castle over the years. His dedication for making high quality, solid wood products is still true today.

As principal at Wood Castle, Shirley assists Mike with accounting. She is a stalwart of disciplined leadership in our creative world of furniture. She and Ron, working side by side since before the beginning of the company, together, define a large component of who we are at Wood Castle. A Family. Caring about each other's well being. 

BJ has been with the company his whole life. Today, he operates Wood Bear, a sister company next door to Wood Castle. He oversees milling of logs, production of furniture parts, and custom prototype building. 

Mike is Wood Castle's CFO. He joined the company in 1985. Mike is key, not only to financial matters, but also coordinates inventory management, product shipment/delivery, and plays a heavy role in customer relations. Mike is an integral part of Wood Castle.

The familiar voice of Wood Castle, Pam handles all calls, including customer service inquiries, scheduling, marketing, reports, claims, after purchase care. Pam is a vital member to our team. 

Korey has been with Wood Castle since 2008. He has worked his way throughout the manufacturing process, led the shipping department, and now has roles in customer relations, project manager, and retail manager. 

Dave is a vital part of our production team. He plays a big role in Wood Castle's IT support, production data inputing, creating work orders, and so much more. 

Manuel joined Wood Castle in 2001. He leads all areas of production by training supervisors in quality standards, wood working techniques, people management, productions flow, interdepartmental communication and speed. Manny is a proven master Craftsman with many years of experience. 

Milo has decades of experience in wood working. He plays a huge role at Wood Castle in developing new products, working on custom hotels/resorts, and much more. He creates BOM's for new products and generates computer drawings from scratch. Along with his computer and drafting skills, Milo is a very skilled master craftsman and a valuable asset in programming our CNC machines.
